After you apply, the tour contract is concluded when we send you a reservation confirmation email and you complete payment of the tour fee. This page serves as the “contract document,” so please keep it safe until the tour has ended.
＜Final Information Before Departure＞ For customers whose tour contract is concluded, we will email the final itinerary about 5–7 days before departure. (Please have the representative inform any accompanying guests.)

Counting back from the day before the tour start date:

20–8 days prior …… 20% of tour price
7–2 days prior ……… 30% of tour price
Day before ………………… 40% of tour price
Same day ………………… 50% of tour price
After tour start or no-show …… 100% of tour price
